The specific system inside the greenhouse is introduced
Greenhouses, also known as plastic greenhouses or greenhouses, are artificial controlled environmental agricultural production facilities, mainly used to grow out-of-season vegetables, fruits and flowers. Its internal system mainly includes the following parts:
1. Structural system: mainly composed of skeleton (such as bamboo rod, steel frame or aluminum alloy skeleton), covering material (usually polyethylene film or PC board) and thermal insulation material (such as thermal insulation quilt, straw curtain, etc.). The skeleton supports the entire greenhouse, the covering material provides light and protection from wind and rain, and the insulation material ensures the internal temperature.
2. Lighting system: greenhouses are usually equipped with artificial lighting equipment, such as LED lights or fluorescent lamps, to supplement the period of insufficient natural light to ensure the normal growth of plants.
3. Temperature control system: By installing heating equipment (such as electric heat film, hot water pipe, etc.) and ventilation facilities (such as fans, exhaust fans), the indoor temperature can be adjusted to maintain the suitable range of crop growth.
4. Humidity control system: In order to prevent diseases and pests caused by excessive humidity, dehumidification equipment or increased ventilation facilities are usually set up, and humidifiers can also be used to adjust humidity.
5. Water and fertilizer management system: including irrigation system (drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, etc.), fertilizer application equipment, and possibly nutrient solution supply system, according to the needs of the crop water supply and fertilization.
6. Ventilation system: In order to ensure air circulation and prevent the accumulation of diseases, pests and harmful gases, greenhouses are generally equipped with skylights or automatic vents, which can be changed by natural wind or mechanical ventilation.
7. Monitoring system: Modern greenhouse may also be equipped with a variety of sensors, such as light intensity sensors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, etc., through the Internet of Things technology real-time monitoring and regulation of various parameters.
These are the main systems inside the greenhouse, which work together to create a stable environment suitable for plant growth.
